Cool, I'm always up for some more Far Cry. Well except for the dlc for 5 which was fucking awful, utter shite. Didn't try the post apocalyptic one either.

I hope there are some lessons learnt from 5. While there was a lot to like, the bloody awful 'tranquilised and spirited away to a story mission' mechanics were just dire. I was once hit with a tranquiliser dart while flying a helicopter iirc...

Also, if they wouldn't mind dropping the always-awful 'fight while tripping your nuts off' sequence, that would be good too.

Other than that, always liked a bit of FC silliness.

The article says there will be micro transactions which just has to be expected from Ubisoft but I just hope they don't do that bullshit from 5 where you had to pay to restock your aircraft ammo which was the height of penny grubbing.

That looks nothing like the screenshots shown earlier and the gameplay is the same old shit. I will eventually get this as I do enjoy Farcry but there's no way I'm paying full price for it.
